How do I download Fit-Verse?

Search Fit-Verse in the App Store (iPhone) or Play Store (Android). Beta testers: open app.fit-verse.co in Safari or Chrome and use the browser's Add to Home Screen option.

My data didn't sync after a workout.

Open the app while online. Sync runs automatically within ~30 seconds. If it's still missing after a minute, message support.

I'm a trainer — how do I onboard a new client?

Share your trainer code with the client. They install Fit-Verse, enter the code under "Link to a trainer", and your assigned plans appear in their Program tab.

How do I delete my account or data?

Delete all data only (keep your account)

To erase your workout history, nutrition logs, body composition data, and personal plans while keeping your account active, go to Menu → Settings → Reset All Data and confirm. Your profile, tier, and trainer connections are kept.

Delete your account entirely

  1. Open the app and tap the menu icon.
  2. Go to Account.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm twice when prompted.

Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, workout history, nutrition logs, body composition data, and all associated content from our servers. Active subscriptions are cancelled immediately. This action cannot be undone.

If you cannot access the app, email studio@fit-verse.co with the subject line "Account deletion request" and we will process it within 30 days.
