Is Fit-Verse really free to start?

Yes. The free tier covers every timer, the workout log, nutrition, body metrics and personal bests. It's a real tier — not a trial that expires.

Is there an iPhone or Android app?

Yes — Fit-Verse is on iOS and Android. Download from the App Store or Play Store. Beta testers can also install the web-app version at app.fit-verse.co.

Does it work offline?

Yes. Log sets without signal at the gym; everything syncs when you're back online.

What timers are included?

Eight modes: Rest timer, Stopwatch, Countdown timer, EMOM, Tabata, AMRAP, Beep Test (shuttle run), and Fight Gone Bad. Every mode is available on the free tier.

Can I import data from another app?

CSV import for body metrics and workout history is supported. Strava / Apple Health import is on the roadmap.

Trainer practice

Do my clients need their own Fit-Verse account?

They install Fit-Verse and create their own free account, then enter your trainer code once. After that they see your name and accent on the Fit-Verse wordmark, and your assigned plans appear in their Program tab.

Can I customize what my clients see?

Yes — the Brand Kit (paid tier) sets your trainer name, theme accent, brand font, and logo across every linked client's app. Cloud-synced. The Fit-Verse wordmark and app icon stay; your identity is the chrome around them. "Powered by Fit-Verse, branded by you."

Do my clients pay anything?

No. Their own free tier covers receiving your plans, the calendar, and Note-to-Trainer messages. If they want their own analytics or unlimited routines for self-training, they can upgrade to Athlete Premium separately — entirely their choice.

Can I run multiple brands from one trainer account?

Not yet. Each trainer account is one brand. Email support if you run multiple gyms and we'll get you a setup.

How do plan upgrades and cancellations work?

From inside the app: Account → Manage Plan opens the pricing page where you can compare tiers and switch in one tap. Proration is automatic. For cancellations or payment method updates, the Billing & cancellation link on the same screen opens Stripe's Customer Portal — cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

How do I export my data?

Settings → Data → Export. You get a JSON + CSV of everything logged, no tier required.

How do I delete my account?

Settings → Account → Delete. Irreversible. We remove your data within 7 days.

Can I use Fit-Verse on multiple devices?

Yes. Install on any number of devices, all on the same account — data syncs automatically when online.
