Linking a client is free. Clients keep their own Athlete Free tier and never pay for anything you share with them, from the calendar to your assigned plans and in-app chat. If they later go solo, they keep their account and the app.

Fit-Verse takes 0% on the sessions, classes, packs and subscriptions you sell, and on your space rentals. Only Stripe's standard processing fee applies, and payouts go straight to you.

Common questions

Will the free tier always exist?

Yes. Free is a real tier, not a trial. Paid tiers unlock the coaching tools, periodized planning and the AI tools; the basics stay free.

Do my clients pay to be linked to me?

No, linking a client is always free. They never need a card or subscription. What reaches them scales with your plan: on a paid plan they receive your assigned plans and can chat with you in the app, while the shared calendar, bookings, and WhatsApp, LINE, or email messaging work even on Free. And if a client later decides to train on their own, they keep their account, their history, and full access to the app, so going solo never locks them out.

Do trainer plans include the athlete features for my own training?

Yes. Any paid trainer plan (Plus, Premium, or Pro) unlocks the full Athlete Premium feature set for your own training, including smart plan generation and Scan to import. You don't need to subscribe to Athlete Premium separately.

What's the difference between Plus, Premium, and Pro?

Active-client capacity is the main difference; the coaching toolset is otherwise shared. Plus is up to 5 clients, Premium up to 15, Pro up to 30. Move up or down anytime; proration is automatic. See the plans above for prices in your currency.

Is there an annual discount?

Yes, ~17% off (about 2 months free). Select Annual above before choosing a plan to see annual pricing in your currency.

How do upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations work?

My Account → Manage Subscription → Switch plans opens the pricing page where you can switch in one tap. Proration is automatic. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
